Assortment 1 includes 10 pieces of each 4 alligator & beef blend flavors - Cajun Jerky, BBQ Jerky, Cajun Stick and Mild Stick for a total of 40 pieces.

Assortment 2 includes 10 pieces of all 5 of our alligator flavors, including our Original Alligator Jerky (blended with pork), for a total of 50 pieces.

Each flavor (except Original Gator Jerky) is a blend of 60% alligator and 40% beef. Jerky is 0.75 oz and Sticks are 1.0 oz. Original Jerky is a similar blend with 40% pork.
