Natural Selections is a wholesale distributor of alligator-related products. When placing an order, you are welcome to mix and match items and quantities as you please, so long as you reach or exceed our minimum order of $100 and are a store owner - sorry we do not sell to individuals.
Our inventory is constantly changing, so we manually check each order to make sure it can be fulfilled. When you place an order online and checkout your credit card will not be charged until we make sure all requested items are in stock. If an item you've requested is not available, we will follow up with you to suggest a similar item or amend your order as necessary. Pending your approval, we will update your cart, process payment, and fulfill the order.
Generally, shipping is about 10% of the order, however, due to the variety of items of we offer and orders we receive, we cannot provide an exact shipping estimate at checkout. Once you have placed your order and we have determined that the requested items are in stock, we will calculate the shipping and email a separate shipping invoice for your approval. Once you approve the charge your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided to you.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
